Close Quarters Combat
From Airsoft Community Wiki
Generally, this term is used to describe combat which takes place in a built-up or urban area (see FIBUA and MOUT), but can be used any time engagements take place at extremely close range. This term is used interchangably with CQB (Close Quarters Battle).
This combat is usually defined by extremely rapid action and application of effective (lethal) fire at very close range to threats. In these situations, split-second reactions are required to prevent friendly losses.
For more information about CQC see CQB
