Desert Eagle

The Desert Eagle is one of the most famous pistols around. Its known to be the first .50 cal real steel pistol and thus the most powerful. In airsoft there are many versions of the Desert Eagle available to buy, from diferent colours to different manufacturers, even to different barrel lengths. The large size of the gun itself means that the magazine can hold a large amount of BB's (which is always good) but also means that it can be hard to carry. Normally people will spend money on expensive thigh holsters or it can be stored in the large zip pockets in the modern british DPM. A good budget holster which will fit the Desert Eagle is the Webtex US Assault Holster and copies.

Tokyo Mauri
Tokyo Mauri have done three different Desert Eagles. A GBB one which was one of the first pistols they started to make. At the time it was probably a good gun but compared to most of todays pistols it has obivously become redundent. A NBB one which is very cheap and this is shown in its quality. It is made straight from a plastic model and the only moving parts on the outside are the safety, mag release and trigger. It stores the gas in its handle and takes stick magazines. A spring and electric model are also available, both in black. The most popular of the Desert Eagle models ever is the TM .50 Desert Eagle Hardkick. It is an extremely good gun for its price. As the name suggests, the blow back on this gun is heavy but despite low fps scores it is an extremely powerful gun that has a huge range and excellent hop up. You also have the choose of black or chrome.
HFC
HFC also make a black Desert Eagle model. It is GBB and has hop up.
SIIS
SIIS makes two types of Desert Eagle. The standard 6 inch barrel and also the 10 inch barrel. Both of these come in black or a two tone colour and they have hop up.
Marushin
They make a black 10 inch model of the gun which takes 8mm BB's. This lowers the mag capacity but also means that it's more powerful. Marushin also have 6 inch 8mm models in black, silver and gold.
KWC
KWC make a standard black hardkick Desert Eagle. This gun is almost exactly like the Tokyo Mauri model, except that the magazines are shaped differently. There is also a spring model avaliable.
