Feet Per Second. Used as a method to measure speed/velocity. This will be displayed as a figure of feet(distance) gained within the second(time).

Site Limits
All airsoft sites with have limits for the guns used. These are normally 338fps for AEG's. Some outdoor sites allow up to 345 / 350fps due to the longer engagement distances. Single shot AEG's are allowed to run at 425fps at some sites and 500fps at others. Bolt action snipers are allowed to run at 500fps at some outdoor sites also.
500fps tends to be the upper limit in the UK.
