Non-Blowback (NBB as it is most often referred too) weapons are those which use compressed gas to propell the BBs, but which lack the moving slide function of the Gas Blowback versions.
Because of the lack of recoil the NBB pistols are much quieter than there GBB counter parts and also will be more accurate with full-auto and/or rapid firing.
Examples of most commonly used NBB's are Tokyo Marui's MK23 SOCOM and Walther P99.
NBB's are also referred to as fixed slide.
One other thing is that they will be much more gas efficient due to the lack of blowback, therefore one fill of gas will last for a considerable number of shots.
