Situation Normal: All Fouled Up

Popular American acronym describing the sense that when all around you is falling to pieces this is the normal way of things. Used extensively in the US military as soldiers often believe the system is somewhat "broken". In times of extreme stress the 'Fouled' is usually replaced with another common F word.

Can be found sported as a Morale patch or commonly on T-shirts.
