Team structure

The subdividing of a team creates a team structure.

This can be as simple as splitting an 8 man team into two 4 man subteams (Alpha and Bravo, Red and Blue, etc etc) for such field maneuvers as fire and maneuver (pepperpotting), or it can stretch further, to the extent that at the top of the leadership ladder the team is so large it is divided into individual private teams, which then divide themselves as they see fit. This is seen most often in big games or events, where the teams consist of several private teams working alongside eachother.
